Direct involvement from start to finish. Each mandate is handled end-to-end by the same individual, with direct access to the lender’s credit decision-maker. There are no internal handovers or intermediary layers.
Selective by design. We deliberately accept fewer transactions than those presented to us. Every case we undertake reaches the lender properly prepared and structured — a discipline reflected in the closing ratio we have consistently maintained over time with the lenders on our panel.
A focused and established lender panel. We work with a carefully selected group of private banks and specialist lenders, through relationships built transaction by transaction. That concentration is intentional: it ensures our judgment carries weight on both sides of the table.
